In today's digital world, almost every services like online banking, e-commerce, healthcare or government services depends on smooth data sharing. NUVO offers reliable, secure and verifiable credentials along with universal data exchange solutions for multiple sectors.
GOAL: Get verified documents quickly, track consent, and store records securely

The process of securely sharing documents during bookings can often feel complicated. By mapping out each step, it shows how NUVO keeps document access simple, temporary and based on user consent, helping solve real everyday problems.

Planned to travel Europe and preferred an agent book tickets. She values privacy and is uncomfortable sharing sensitive files repeatedly.
Vikram needed Dia’s ID again for new bookings but can’t reliably find her files when required.
He repeatedly ask documents for each new booking. Soon, his chats and storage are cluttered, making retrieval slow and stressful.
Documents can sometimes get lost among other files and saving images or PDFs can take up a lot of phone storage and breaks his workflow.
He even asked her to share in Whatsapp but she refused as she is concerned about the privacy.
What will Vikram do?
Vikram discovers he can request time‑bound access with validation, no endless searching and clear consent.
With just a few taps, Vikram requests Dia's ID proofs. Dia approves and secure, consented sharing begins!
Documents sent by Dia are neatly grouped in vault. Access is sorted and tracked automatically.
After 3 days, access expires. No leftovers to delete, no messy gallery, privacy intact. Vikram breathes easy!
Vikram saves time and phone space. NUVO makes user experience smooth and stress-free.
To simplify consent-based sharing to lower friction and cognitive load, boost successful document exchanges and supporting privacy-verified transfers online and offline via SmartCard.
To generate innovative solutions for the NUVO Wallet redesign, I conducted collaborative ideation sessions with the founder and development team, focusing on user pain points like complex consent flows and SmartCard integration.

Unified, modern visual style aligning with NUVO design system
Upon joining NUVO during the finalisation of Phase 1, I encountered an initial app design that lacked integrated consent mechanisms. The team then incorporated consent-based data sharing features, tasking me with a comprehensive redesign.
This effort culminated in merging the original NUVO Wallet with NUVO Consent into a unified app, which successfully launched on the Google Play Store, achieving a significant milestone in digital inclusion with positive user feedback on enhanced usability and accessibility.
The designs presented in this case study represent Phase 2 enhancements, which are currently under development to further refine features like advanced SmartCard integrations.
